Everything you need to know before your visit.
For the best results, please ensure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long. I recommend gently exfoliating the area 24 hours beforehand, but avoid applying moisturisers on the day of your appointment. If you're new to waxing, it's best to avoid caffeine beforehand as it can increase sensitivity.
Welcome! I love meeting new clients. I'll take extra time to discuss your needs, explain your treatment options, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so we can complete a brief consultation form together.
You'll find me above Presence Gift Shop in Suite 5 at Noram House, Victoria Road, Shifnal. Don't worry if you're unsure — I'll send you an SMS on the day of your appointment with directions to help you find me.
There's free parking available behind One Stop and the Co-Op, both just a two-minute walk away. You can park for up to 24 hours at no charge.
I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 12 hours (including no-shows) will be charged at the full appointment value. You can easily manage your bookings through Fresha.
Absolutely! Gift vouchers make a lovely present for friends and family. Simply get in touch and I'll be happy to arrange one for you.
My treatment room is located on the first floor above Presence Gift Shop in Suite 5 at Noram House. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact me before your appointment and I'll do my very best to accommodate your needs.
